- Web site launched in November 2001.
- Average visits per day in 2002 = 40
- Average visits per day in 2005 = 71
- Since 2004, customers have been able to pay their bill online, inquire about billing history, make service requests and more through the "Access my Account" icon on the home page.
- In 2005, a new quarterly newsletter Service Matters was developed and is available online.
