Utility Open House

An Open House will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, September 30, 2006, to celebrate Public Power Week. The annual event will focus on energy awareness and conservation. This will be a family event with displays, demonstrations, gifts for the kids, prize drawings and refreshments.
Each household is eligible for a sampling of conservation related products, while supplies last.
Public Power Week is an annual event that celebrates the benefits of locally owned and operated electric utilities. More than 40 million people across the country enjoy the benefits of reliable and affordable electric service provided by public power utilities that are dedicated to the communities they serve.
