Terminating Service

If you are moving out of the utility’s service area and are closing your account with Waupun Utilities, please submit the form below or call our office at 920-324-7920, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. We are available for connects and disconnects Monday through Friday.

When you submit this form, we will ask to have a special meter reading on the date you transfer service to the next tenants/owners who will be living at that location. We will send a final bill to your forwarding address.

NOTE: We require a 48 hour notice.
